I originally got this to help eradicate SIBO but I was also having some unexplained neurological pain at night. After taking this my SIBO symptoms were lessened but I got the breath test and I still tested positive for SIBO. However, my nerve pain completely went away and now I’m not sure if this is the reason it was fixed but I did read that neem is a cure-all for all sorts of things. I was concerned about the reviews suggesting it was counterfeit so I called Ayush and was able to confirm based on some questions they asked me that it was the correct product. It smelled slightly different than the bottle I got through Fullscript but it contains Guduchi which the Fullscript does not. The product through Fullscript has been great so far. Read more
