These earplugs work beautifully. Personally, I don't want all of the sound blocked, I just want some of it so that I'm less likely to be awakened by noise. I used one of the smaller ear tips and it seemed to work just right. I have tinnitus and in the past when I've used earplugs, it just made the tinnitus much more noticeable and gave me kind of a claustrophobic feeling. These earplugs did not do so, they shut out noise so that I could sleep more deeply, but I could still hear some sound. Once they were in my ears, I hardly noticed them. They are very comfortable and very nice looking. I love the red color, so I had to get it. I think they are easy to fit and should last a long time and can't wait to use them for work.
