These are great earplugs, they work fantastically (almost to good) The ability to fit precisely for your ear is good, they are are washable and very comfortable. The case they come with is great for traveling and storage to keep them clean. I bought a pair for myself earlier this year and this most recent pair is for my wife. The colors options are good to keep them separated and the colors themselves are nice. Once I decided on the correct size (they have four sizes) I simply put them in and give them a twist and done, no sound. The little ring is great for holding onto to insert and take out. Maybe I'm not putting them in correctly. I could still hear my husband snoring very loudly, although it significantly reduced the noise of our AC unit. I also tried them out at a gaming place (similar to Dave and Busters) and I could still hear people talking, but it significantly reduced the noise of the gaming machines. *Edit: I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 3 because of their customer service. They reached out to me and offered a full refund. They also provided additional instructions. However, they still don't reduce the noise of snoring for me. This is my third time purchasing these, and for good reason. As a side sleeper, I usually struggle with earplugs being too long or hard, but these are incredibly comfortable and don't press painfully into my ear canal against the pillow. The fit is actually very secure, so they rarely fall out during the night. However, I specifically opt for the red color just in case they do; the bright red makes them much easier to spot against the bedding. I mainly use them to drown out the early morning drone of small planes at the local airport, and they do a fantastic job of muffling that noise so I can sleep in.
