This is my current favorite collagen. I’ve tried a few brands, and have never been disappointed, but I like EFM as a company because they seem to source their ingredients well and make great products in general. I add it to my coffee daily and it dissolves easily is hot beverages. It will mix in cold, but take a little more mixing (protein shaker with agitator) as it can clump in cold beverages. Nearly flavorless, like I can’t put my finger on how it changes the taste of my coffee, but I can tell it is in there, not unpleasant. I can’t speak to the effectiveness because I try to be generally healthy and it is hard to pin down one thing’s effects, but I feel adding collagen was a good idea for me. I think this is on of my absolute favorite unflavored collagen powders. I use this religiously every morning and have noticed great results, compared to other brands I have used. Dissolves really well, but may take a few minutes for cold water. There's a slight nutty flavor so I wouldn't drink plain but it is masked easily with a little water flavor or protein powder. It would probably mix in juices etc well but I haven't tried Read more

I mix with my protein shake or hot chocolate. Has no taste and mostly dissolves easily. A full scoop tends to be a bit too much and a clump forms on my frother, so I use a little less. Read more
