This is my favorite diaper cream that we have tried for my little man. Not only is it cloth safe, but it goes on nicely (not gooey) and works wonders at preventing and clearing diaper redness. Using this we have only had one small diaper rash, which cleared up in less than a day, in almost a year. It also smells amazing, which is an added bonus. Pros - smell, lightweight consistency, great at clearing up and preventing diaper rash Cons - since it is a natural product I receive some that are a different consistency than others (larger pieces of ingredients) Read more

I absolutely love this balm! My son is in cloth diapers and has never had a diaper rash when this is used regularly. It smells good, it's moisturizing, as well as a great barrier for wetness. I love the fact that is is full of all "good for you" ingredients. You don't need the nasty chemical filled petrolatum based creams to keep away diaper rashes. We use this all over for every diaper change. Read more

This product is absolutely amazing! I am the Mommy of 3 kids and have used this cream on all of my babies. I have never come across any other diaper cream that gets rid of a bad rash in less than 24 hours like this one does. It's toxin free so you can rest assured that no harmful chemicals or ingredients will be touching your baby's skin. Not only is it great for babies, it also works wonders on kitchen burns, bug bites, dry skin and mild rashes. This is one of MANY wonderful products this company manufacturers and I would recommend checking out their lotions, shampoos, and postpartum products as well. Read more

This stuff is magic. I registered for a few different diaper creams, two of which included this organic diaper balm and Bourdeaux's Butt Paste. For my baby, this balm cleared up any redness practically. The other brand made the redness worse. I recognize that products have varying ingredients that do/don't work with everyone. This is just a review of our experience. We had a solid comparison on multiple occasions before we figured it out: I used the organic balm at home once in the AM and once in the PM, and the child care used the other one all day. Overnight, max over the weekend, redness was gone. Bonus: The organic balm isn't crazy messy. I don't worry about leaving little white finger print everywhere. Read more

We've been using this since our baby was born. We wanted an organic balm, and this balm had very good reviews and ratings. If you read the reviews, it seems that the company has reformulated this product a few times over the years. Some people have complained that it's not as effective as before. We started using this since late 2018 and we think it's still effective. Our baby from time to time does get minor rashes (some redness here and there... usually she gets it from daycare... maybe at daycare they don't get to wash and change diapers after pooping right away), but after applying this overnight the redness goes away. Our baby has never gotten major rashes to the point that it caused extreme discomfort or pain. This product works and it's organic! It smells good too. We apply the balm with every diaper change or try to at least (if we miss it, not a big deal). Diaper balms help with protection and healing... you still need to change the diapers after a poop! I was a little hesitant to buy this because it was only in a 4-pack which made it a little expensive to try but I'm glad I did. My little one suffers from horrible diaper rashes when he's teething to the point his skin bleedsπ we tried honest diaper cream, Dr Boudreaux's butt paste, A&D ointment, Desitin regular and extra strength, other natural brands and even prescription diaper cans but nothing helped take away the irritation. After finally looking for another cream, I find this and the reviews are fantastic! After only 12 hours, this helped my son's diaper rash! It's now been 2 weeks and he's competed healed, no painful diaper changes and I will be stocking up on this! I couldn't be happier I took the chance on this product, it's the best one we've ever used and will only use this from now on. Best part is if your little one doesn't need all 4 containers, use one as a first aid salve, I'm sure it'll work just as good since it literally healed my son's sensitive behind in under 12 hours! I've been using this product since my son was born and had a really bad diaper rash and chemical burns from the diapers that I switched to cloth diapers for a bit till it healed. This stuff is better than the zinc ointment and you can use it for other things like cuts and burns. I basically use it still for that and diaper rashes as I have a special needs son still using youth diapers. Sometimes when it gets hot and tends to melt, I just live mine in the fridge and use it when needed. I haven't used any type of other ointment since! Makes a great gift for new moms and great gift for that college student you send off on their own and don't have a first aid kit! Read more

It is pricey, but this balm works so well, I swear it is worth it. It works with disposable or cloth diapers. My son has never had a diaper rash while I used this. It is smooth and easy to rub on, and it smells great! A friend of mine babysits and had a child with severe diaper rash, poor baby's bum was raw when she was dropped off. She reached out to me and asked what I used. I gave her a new container I had on hand and she told me there was a drastic improvement by the next morning and gone within two days. Read more
