Economical & very good quality
It is so economical & good quality for my baking needs. I saved a lot of money buying this bucket vs. Small packaging. Read more
Very Pleased.
I purchased this to experiment and have fun. I have been making home fermented foods including breads and especially pan fried breads. This adds just enough extra acid to the lactic acid produced by fermentation so that addition of baking soda works as good leavening for my purposes. I became allergic to wheat based products, especially commercial breads but all testing negative for gluten. It’s possible I am allergic to the yeast used. In any case. After switching to oats and other non gluten things it is great to have an option for leavening. It does not change the taste of what I am making. Read more
