Edited to Update: I was contacted by seller following this review and they apologized for a product that did not meet their standard and made things right. I will be giving this company a second chance as I do like the product. Opened this up to charge it and when I pushed the iRest piece on the side as instructed, it popped open and the clip to hold it in broke off. Now that piece rattles and is not super relaxing. Apparently it is non-returnable. Awesome. 2 stars because it Looks pretty I guess. Read more

UPDATE: After a little over a year of nightly use, the material on the inside is starting to wear thin and I can feel the hard pieces inside pressing on my face, which makes it very uncomfortable if not placed just right. Will probably have to get a new mask within the next few months. =( I tried several masks before finding this one. I love that I can mute it. The rest had an AI voice that told me when it was shutting off. Since I wear this to help fall asleep at night, that was obviously counterproductive. This massager is so comfortable, I often wake up late at night or even in the morning with it still on. I can run two 15 minute sessions each night for several days before having to recharge. The one downside is that the material around the eyes, while much more comfortable, isn't as easy to clean as the "plasticy" masks. Read more

This product was almost great, unfortunately the vibrations are weak, at least compared to the heat and compressions. The speaker is rather cheap and the soothing sounds are not particularly soothing through the speaker. The product does work to massage your eyes but it's not particularly premium for the price. Additionally, the unit uses a rather old microUSB charging port rather than the much better USB C cable. This older cable is not only prone to wear out faster but also needs to be plugged into the device in a specific orientation to work. I think this is a decent product but could really use some modern upgrades to make it worth the price. Read more

The heat helps with my dry eyes- for years, my opthalmologist has told me to use warm packs every night for 5 minutes to help alleviate my dry eyes. I did not listen to him...... However, with this eye massager, it not only gives me a massage to my eyes and temples, it helps alleviate my dry eyes. It also helped me rid of those yucky eyelid (inner) cysts- they are completely gone! I use this at least once a day- whether it be when I wake up or go to bed. Some may feel that the noise is loud- it does not bother me. You can adjust the heat, volume of the music and, if you want to, add your own music. I am fine with the "OM" music it provides.
