This thing is horrible..... it sat out as recommended but it never, I mean never, puffed up even a little bit. I put in the dryer on "air" and that didn't work. I'm not going to go through the hassle of attempting to return it. The pictures are very deceiving and it's a little rough to sleep on. It provided no support for myself and has brought on neck and shoulder pain after a week. I'm so disappointed. Read more

I was expecting it to be a little thicker volume but other than that it’s really nice. Very soft and comfortable and I’ve definitely noticed a cooler nights sleep.
