So last year, I decided that I wanted to switch most of the battery-operated items in my house over to rechargeable batteries. I felt bad disposing so many AA and AAA batteries, so I decided that I would go all out and get sets of rechargeables. I bought these, along with an EBL branded charger so that I could make sure that they would be fully compatible. I have used the AA batteries extensively in my XBOX controllers and Rock Band guitars with very few problems -- they charge, hold a charge, and generally do well for what I want them to do. The AAAs, on the other hand, had an issue. I used the AAAs in my soap dispensers in my bathroom, so they don't get a ton of use and they don't need to be charged as often. I also used two or three of them in rotation in my headphones when I travel. I probably charged the entire set a total of three times so I was bummed when 4 of the 10 would no longer charge. The charging indicator just stayed empty and the batteries were completely dead. After posting an initial review, a staff member reached out to me within 24 hours to find out what the issue was. He was very friendly, and genuinely wanted to solve the problem. We determined that I must have received some defective batteries and they immediately sent me replacements. I received the replacements quicker than expected and was very satisfied with the customer service. The new batteries I have work very well. 🙂 TLDR: PROS: Work great, charge well, hold a charge and don't take too long to recharge; customer service was outstanding when I had an issue. I have started using these rechargeable batteries in almost all my devices. I got tired of Alkaline batteries leaking and ruining things. They would be leaking and still working. These batteries are also very cost effective. After a couple of rechargings they have paid for themselves. Read more

Have had great use of these batteries. The AA are a bit bigger than most AA batteries, but I only have 1 item that they will not fit again. Have used them for a few yrs, and have ordered enough now that I only use rechargable with exception of one item. Thanks for a great product and a money saver! Read more
