It may seem expensive for mouthwash, but all you need is mere 1/4 tsp swished in your mouth for a minute, so an 8oz bottle lasts much longer than you might expect. (The quantity quickly "expands" in your mouth as you salivate.) Since we began using this mouthwash (a couple of years ago, now), we've noticed a marked decrease in the occurrence of canker sores, and any wounds or near-wounds we do incur heal much quicker than they used to before we began using this product.
