I've tried many dental flosses over these many years and always return to Eco-Dent, Vegan Floss, even though I am no longer a 'vegan'. Why? It's strands are thin, so it can easily be navigated in tight spaces WITHOUT shredding most of the time, like other flosses. I choose the cinnamon (though it usually doesn't have much cinnamon flavor) but it seems the cinnamon variety is even thinner than the other flavors (mint and non-flavored) though that may just be a production anomaly. Yes, indeed, it is 'eco aware'....because it does not come in a box or a dispenser of any kind ...therefore it does not have a cutting tool. It is just a roll of thick string wound up in a plastic sack...have to cut it with scissors IF I wanted to use it! Too thick to go between my teeth and absolutely no flavor of cinnamon. Waste of money! I may keep it to truss the turkey with on Thanksgiving. Read more

This is a great floss! I don't know why some of the other reviewers are saying there is no package for it - the box IS the package and has a cutting device right on it (right under the lid that flips up there are clear instructions). It's simple to thread the floss through the grooved end flap and the metal cutter does its job well. Vegan, cinnamon and eco-friendly. All good! Read more
