Extremely wrinkled; packaged like a return
Received this to give as a gift. Coat was not vacuum sealed as other buyers reported and without any instructions how to remove wrinkles. The package the coat was in was torn open as if someone had returned. While it is is a pretty coat, I am displeased a supposedly new clothing item would arrive in such a wrinkled state. I would not recommend only because of the extra work to iron out the wrinkles or send to dry cleaners for a steam press. Read more

Oh yes, this coat is exactly what I was looking for. I love the color and the length. It is true to the photos. The material is soft and a nice medium weight. Think perfect for mid 30-40s temps, -IMO. Very fashionable. I like the 2-button style. I usually only button 2 buttons on my trench coats anyway, even if they have more buttons. It literally goes with everything. Also, I branched out from always wearing black trenches to this light gray, and I am loving it. Overall, I am super pleased with this coat and will likely buy in more colors! Read more
