I want to note that I didn’t like the fit on me personally. I’m more on the curvy side with thicker thighs, and while the pants fit well through the waist and sculpt the bum nicely, the thigh and hip area felt a bit too snug and restrictive for my preference. If you have a similar shape, you may want to consider sizing up or checking the measurements carefully. These pants have been such a game changer for my wardrobe. I am someone who lives in loose pants because I’m rounder in the tummy since having my second baby and I have been limited to scrubs and sweats and occasionally leggings. These barrel leg trousers are so comfortable. I'm 5'8'' and these look great on me. I love that they are somewhat stretchy in the butt and waist area which means I can move and not feel like I'm gonna bust out of my pants! Moms you all know what I'm talking about! The pockets are functional and the side seam is soooo stylish. These are true barrel fit in the legs and looks so good with flats or a fall boot! I ordered the black and just love them so much. Quality is top notch and the fit is correct. I am noramlly a size medium but ordered a large and they are very comfortable without being too loose. I'm trying to expand my cool-weather wardrobe beyond sweats and blue jeans and these pants are a great way to start! The size chart threw me. I normally choose my size based on my hip measurement (38") but since these are a very relaxed fit, that went out the window so I went with my waist measurement (36") and ordered the X-Large (as opposed to my 'normal' Large). I think I should have gone with my normal size as these are a bit loose and there's quite a bit of stretch in the waistband; they'll stay up without a belt, they're not that loose, but I'll likely wear one just to be safe. The fabric has a lot of stretch in it's lightweight twill/denim weave and with the cut, they're very comfortable to wear. They are designed to be baggy so I would expect them to be loose through the seat, hip, and legs. They're also designed to be a little short; I'm fairly tall, 5'9", and they reach my ankle bone so if you're shorter, they'll likely reach your foot. If I want more length, I can wear them lower, off my waist, or I can wear them with boots/booties. The pockets in the front are on the small side but the back pockets are big enough to hold my iPhone ProMax 6.7" with about an inch and a half exposed. Overall, the price is appropriate and these are a nice way to transition from summer shorts to winter pants and a great way to upgrade the wardrobe. Recommend. Read more
