Eden's organic matcha tea is wonderful. It's potent, very fresh, and tastes very "green". I like to use it to make green tea smoothies or just brew it hot and froth it with my little bamboo matcha whisk. It's like my jet fuel. I know the little can is pricey, and so I use it sparingly. This matcha is certainly of good quality. It is bright green, and mixes well. However, I find it to have a more salty flavour than other matchas I have tried. I can't say I like the salty quality all that much as I think it detracts from the overall richness of the tea's flavour. That said, I am very picky when it comes to matcha and this is just a matter of my personal preference. Others may really enjoy the particular flavour of this matcha. Read more

This green Matcha tea has wonderful healing qualities. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of tea. It is interesting when mixed until foamy as instructed. Similar to foamy, hot spinach soup. I tried it with honey, and with milk and sugar, but prefer it plain. Read more
