Overall this is quite a nice keyboard with the standard traditional functions and then some. It's got nice block lettering for those who need to read the keys and have trouble doing so. The keys are pretty low profile and flat, with a muted clicking noise as typical of membrane keyboards. The layout is more reminiscent of classic style, though the various sections have a much smaller gap than what I am used to. It also includes various media and utility keys, even going so far as to have a dedicated calculator button. It is quite obvious from the make that this keyboard is better suited to an office or work environment rather than a gaming setup, but even so holds up pretty well in that regard. The feet on the back are wide and provide good stability. The main body has a nice matte finish and the under-glow of the keys is pleasant to look at. The button to adjust the color is not a standard toggle switch between each, but slowly cycles between the various options after one click, and then locks the current setting in place with the next. While I find this slow change to be quite tedious, chances are that once you get a color that you like it won't be much of an issue. You can also just let it keep cycling if you want, but the animation of the LEDs are more akin to a slow thrumming effect that transitions off between colors. The under-glow is quite bright and does allow for easy viewing when typing in the dark. For me, the biggest downside was the price, as the $23.99 at time of purchase seemed a bit high for a membrane keyboard with this kind of functionality, though I suppose the mark-up is more-so for the accessibility than anything. Still, it is a decent keyboard that works just fine whether you explicitly need the large text or not. Read more
