The generator stopped working after about a month and roughly 5 hours of testing using propane. I tried several troubleshooting steps, including changing the oil, cleaning the filter, checking for updates, inspecting the battery and terminals, replacing the spark plug, and switching to gas to rule out issues with my propane line. Despite these efforts, nothing resolved the problem. I contacted EcoFlow, and they asked me to send videos and describe what I had already tried. After I provided the information, they requested that I return the unit. I’ve sent it back and am now waiting for a replacement. Overall the unit is well built. When it works, it's great. Mine has been around for about a year now. The issues start small. At first it will not accurately read the fuel level. It produces random numbers from zero to 90 even when the tank is full. Sometimes it takes some retries to get it start with or without the app. Right now, to gen is reading low bus voltage and won't provide any power. Getting support from Ecoflow feels impossible. I've tried several means to get support and nothing. So if you plan to buy this unit, think hard and long before committing to a non-responsive customer service.
