Where we live there are occasional power outages, not too often, we have a generac portable generator that we used in HURRICANE SANDY, we don’t have the budget for for a $12k plus standby system, so looking at the Ecoflow Delta 2 max seemed like a good option, got it on prime day deals with 4 100 watt solar panels, I have an interlock on my breaker panel so was easy to use, tried it after fully charging it, was able to power whatever circuits I wanted easily, fridge tv lights, between the solar panels, 12 v and 110 charging could probably run indefinitely, when no sun and no power, can start the portable generator for an hour to charge it, overall it’s a good solution, if anyone is worried about the gas generator, it’s 5 gallons so if needed running it an hour a day the 5 gallons would probably last more then a week, , and the Ecoflow is much easier to connect, no noise no fumes and can be used inside my house $1300 vs $12k is a nice option that works well for us Read more

I bought this unit based on many comparison videos on the interwebs. Researched a number of days. After receiving and testing I liked it. Then the power went out. It ran my refrigerator for the 10+ hours until power was restored. It still had 40% left. The 4 solar panels charged it back up in around 6 hours with periods of clouds. I was impressed enough to get one of the add on battery units which doubles my capacity. Hurricane season is here! Read more
Bought 3 of them when the price was just right. Using 1 of them as a uninterrupted power supply and line noise filter in my RV when camping (packed campgrounds often have unstable and dirty grid power). Love it. EcoFlow is the best. What more can I say? Read more

All the lights are on on the front LCD screen. Yes - all. I called customer service and spent 30 minutes only to be told that they can't (or won't help). They said that they would take my e-mail address and communicate with me that way. It's been 24 hours - no communication. They told me to hold the power button for down for 10 seconds, that the Delta2Max would do a hard reset after an hour. Done - no change. Called them back - wasted more time. No help. The instruction manual is useless. The Ecoflow videos are all about selling - not about troubleshooting or how to use. I spent $5,000. Really aggravated... Read more
