Delivery was fast and the mattress arrived in a medium box. We took off the packaging and let it expand for a few hours and then put on an encasement waterproof mattress protector. This mattress is just perfect, firm but soft. My husband and I fit comfortably together on the full size mattress and it’s not too heavy to lift/move around. I used to have a queen size Lucid brand mattress but I like this one more (and way cheaper too). I was relieved to find something affordable without fiberglass on the inner cover.
