This is the perfect size waste bin for our master bathroom. It has a nice brushed stainless steel finish with a small EKO logo discretely embossed on the lid and is very aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. The best part is the lid has a slow close mechanism that lowers the lid without slamming, which is a great if you have to use it in the middle of the night. Even came with 20 waste bags. I just received this item today and so far I am pleased. The appearance is nice. The lid and foot pedal work well. I chose this one because of the size capacity. The smallest bags I have ever found are a 4-gallon size and my previous can was just over one gallon. The larger capacity of this can means fewer bag changes which saves money in the long run. This is a very handsome trash can! Although I will use it for recyclable items. I bought this for a specific location between my refrigerator and the door to my garage. The space is only 7" wide. So the dimension of this can is perfect. And the fact that it opens up in the long way is perfect. Because if it opens sideways, this will not work for that location.
