I bought this waste bin to hold the "green bag" bottledrop program bags here in Oregon, which utilize a 13 gallon bag. This bin is absolutely perfect, and provides the perfect option for me and my family for this purpose. Yes, it's not on the cheap end of things, but I suspect we will be using it for years, and it will obviously last as long as we need it to. Great product for our needs. When I tell you I looked at like 200 options of garbage cans, I'm not kidding. I was looking for just the right size for my commercial space and these checked all the boxes. Nice looking, easy to clean, easy to lift the top off and change the bag, and large enough that you're not having to change them every few hours. I manage a property and bought these trash cans for our entryways. I replaced the old ones with these wonderful ones that fit up to the wall. They look great and I don't have to worry about the tops breaking with the open entry. It's not too heavy and it's not really cheap or light. It's just right size and weight with a feeling of quality. An extra little bonus I got a full roll of baggies on the bottom of each one that I ordered and I ordered three. Just received. Very nice product, very solid build. I am going to evaluate how I think I like it for a few days. I do not like that is doesn't have a basket liner. 13 gal bags fit just fine. It came with 10 bags to use. The trash can I am replacing is one I have used for 20+yrs, plastic with a pivot lid. I have decided to keep. I’ve never loved a trash can until now. 🤣. I used to have trash behind cabinet/under counter in kitchen, but I got so sick of it. Messy cabinet and felt I was slowly ruining the cabinet door too by touching it over and over again with dirty hands. So I decided to give a free standing trash another chance. It’s so shiny and beautiful. I love the top, as you don’t have to open a lid, but it still seems to be closed with form on the top. I love I don’t have to open a cabinet to empty into trash. My new trash friend is always there and available for me. Ha! I honestly can’t believe that I spent $169 on a trash can. But I’m glad I did. It’s totally worth it. I was kinda picky.
