I brought this to replace a favorite, but very worn out, nightgown I had for 10+ years and I am absolutely not disappointed. Out of the package, the material is super soft and it fit beautifully. I bought the butterfly pattern and the black is very black but the colors of the butterflies are a bit muted and that’s ok by me. I am a large on top so I bought for that size and it is fabulously comfortable. I toss and turn a lot at night and there is plenty of room to move but it never bunches around my hips or waist while sleeping. It is short enough to be comfortable around the house but long enough to be ok with being caught off guard by doorbell ringers. It always looks pressed — never wrinkly. This nightgown was perfect for me in the hospital after I had my C-section. The fabric is super soft , comfortable, and stretchy. The buttons allowed for easy access for nurses while I was in the hospital, and allowed me to feel comfortable after major surgery. I wore this brand of nightgowns for the first month after my surgery and they are still in great shape. They are so comfortable to sleep in, and most importantly they didn’t cause any unnecessary discomfort on my surgery scar. One mistake I made was washing and drying them without unbuttoning them, so the button area is a little weird now, but it didn’t shrink. This is a very comfy gown, but it runs large. I purchased another style from this brand and they’re both larger than expected. The material is smooth and soft. I’m 5’1 145 lbs with broad shoulders and bottom heavy. I could’ve sized down to a small and still have room to wear comfortably. It hits mid-knee, which is longer than I like. I’m going to keep it because it’s not worth the time and effort to exchange for a small. Read more
