5"4 about 138lbs and ordered a small. Love the fit! Nice and snug but not too tight. It's soft, stretchy and the sleeves are perfect length. The only down side is that the colors aren't exactly the same as pictured. I got the green, red and black but the green is much darker and so is the red. Exceeding my expectations. Very comfortable and very stretchy. Long enough that you don’t have to sit down and worry your back fat will hang out. lol I have long arms (I’m 5’9”) and the sleeves are long. It’s a great shirt (pre wash), if it wash and dries well I’ll be buying more colors. Read more
