It is a nice piece of plastic and may work for hardwood or concrete floors. Not very good for carpet, which it states it will handle. And the carpet we needed it for is very low ply. Somewhat like berberet. I'm not sure how well it will hold up or if it is protecting the carpet at all Read more

Truly not meant for carpet
EEEK! So make sure you read and understand what this product does. It DOES NOT work on carpet. Silly me thought that it would still work on it even though it stated hard wood floor. We have office carpeting and some padding, but the little bit of padding interferes with how the wheels roll. Otherwise, it is made of thick material and would probably work well. I rated the product a four-star item because it should still have been made in a way to work on carpet. Read more
