This is the second ear wax removal device I use and by far the best. Packing is clean and luxurious, instructions were easy to read and follow. After set up, I used it and the comfort level is definitely a 10/10, the rinsing and removal of ear wax was easy and successful. I liked how it came with extra pieces so its sharable in the the household. Its functional, has different speeds you can do, I really enjoy the DIY setting on it.
