I breath harder than this thing blows air. And it is not quiet, so that does not help falling asleep, which I could not do with the device on. At times I felt suffocated and had to take it off. Almost every picture shows the device sitting in your nose. However, you have to wear a sling that comes with it, to keep it in place. I assume they don't show pictures of that since it looks awkward. One size does not fit all. The teeny tiny instructions are in Chinese only and 3pt type. A complete waste of money. Read more
