This is the only version of the bidet toilet seat that I could find that has just the heated seat, without heating the water. There may be others, but this one checked the boxes. Now, you might be wondering, why would you want heat for the seat and Not the water? My answer, which might be yours too if you're looking at this option, is that you are picky about aesthetics, and the compromise you have to make to get heated water is a visually unappealing tank at the back of the toilet seat. Let me be frank. I sit for a lot longer than I spray. The comfort of the warm seat is undeniable. It's like, I never knew it could be so nice, until I used the bathroom at a good friend's... And came out a changed man. I broke drywall the very next day, ran wires, got the outlet I needed to warm my seat and started searching for a bidet toilet seat that wouldn't look like a space shuttle on top of my gold toilet. Gold toilet? You must be kidding. No, I'll include photos, so you know how serious I am. This toilet seat has multiple heat settings, and we only keep it on the lowest, which at the ambient temp of our bathroom is plenty. The heat feels even, though at times it seems slightly more or slightly less than average. The shape of the seat is just right for our vintage-ish Kohler elongated toilet, it fits very nicely. The bidet function is very good, but perhaps not great. We've only owned one other branded bidet seat, and it too was cold water, nonelectric. The action on the rotating knob on this unit, as compared to the Brondell eco-swash, is more easily turned with more positive clicks for on-off, both good things. The spray, while much like the spray off the other, is slightly more focused, which, let's be brutally honest, can lead to an unpleasant sensation if turned too far up. Butt, that's on you, not to turn it up too far. My biggest complaint, though it does not affect my rating of the product, because I love it enough to overlook this issue, is that the rear of the seat slopes downward, and upon a hearty spraying, some backsplash water is delivered to that downward facing seat portion. It could be that I am seated too far forward, or that I'm leaning forward, but it just does that. It's not the part of the toilet seat I ever touch, so I'm not hygienically offended, but I do have to use an extra piece of TP to dry it off. Aside from that, I, and we, just love this bidet toilet seat. It looks as much like a "normal" seat can look, minus the water line coming out and the knob. But the aesthetic is clean. And the off-branding, though present on the lid, is hardly ever visible because we leave the lid up, and even when it's down it's not overly offensive to my picky eyes. All together, still happy. (The blue light function, I turned off, because it's too bright for my needs.) Overall, for the price, this is a winner. If you're a first time bidet toilet seat purchaser, you'll likely be won over by the seat warmth enough to not be bothered by the water temp (doesn't bother me in the least). The seat came with thin metal screws and a plastic expanding anchor. The first problem was it didn’t fit the toilet hole. When I tried to use the old one (larger one pictured), it wouldn’t fit into the slot in the plate so I was forced to improvise. All the replacements at big box home store had the same large type screw and nut. I received BARELY any help. If I had gone to the “helpful place” they would have bent over backwards to help. So I used the rubber grommet from the old seat, a bottle cap I had drilled a hole in, a washer and a nut. The sucker was tight. Just call me Lady MacGuyver! The other problem was there were no rubber pieces to put under the slippery plastic plate so I peeled them off the old bracket and put them on the new one. So the seat functions. I already had water and power so what should have taken 20 minutes took hours of fighting due to poor materials. Sheesh! Read more

Surprisingly good so far. Been using it for a month now with no issues. The bowl is tight and doesn’t fit perfectly but it has great features that all work as advertised. Easy set up too. For some this would qualify as a game changer. Less $$ on TP and way more cleanliness. Read more

Mounting brackets are supposed to be rubber. They instead used plastic ones that do not fit USA toilets. How fun to work so hard getting it set up, only to have to take it all off and remount your old toilet seat. Even if I had a work around, it would slide all over. Read more
