This is a terrible product. We could never get the plastic container off to clean it. I am disabled and had to wait for my son to come here to help me get the machine apart to clean it. He had extreme trouble trying to remove it. At the risk of breaking it, he managed to jam it off. We then, however, could not put it back on to use the machine. I had to wait so long for my son to come to help me the return has expired so I paid $43.89 for nothing. Basically, I was robbed and sent an inferior product. It looks good in the demonstration but don't believe it. You won't ever be able to use the darned thing. This makes me so mad! I can afford to lose $43.89 like a hole in the head being a disabled senior on a fixed income. Never again!!!!! Read more

I just wanted a lightweight simple device to juice my citrus, lemons, limes. I love this little unit. It's lightweight and very easy and simple to operate, which is what I was looking for because I have trouble with my arms. I have a very small kitchen space and limited counter space and only one outlet so this little unit is very convenient because it is charged with a USB cable I can place it on my other counter that has no outlet, in a corner and still have my counter space. I appreciate the comment answer I got on how to unscrew the bin from the motor. He told me to press down as I turned it counter clockwise and that made it very simple to unscrew. I routinely drink lemon water thus for convenience sake I've purchased this juicer twice. The first time it was the base that got stuck and malfunctioned. This second time around ~ the cup broke from the rim towards the bottom! This could be a great product. But it just lacks durability/integrity. Choosing a different one the next time. Read more
