My wife and I wash our face and apply a bit of red light serum and do each area approximately 5 min. Keep the Massager moving as to produce practically a hickey. After thay apply a bit of you favorite face moisturizer. My wife and I have definitely noticed lift especially around our cheeks and eyes.
