Electric Hand Mixer Egg Beater USB Rechargeable

This eggbeater made the best scrambled eggs, fluffy and melt in your mouth texture. A nice break from standing there hand whisking for five minutes, or from having to set up your big mixer. This one is lightweight and easy to use, and it is great not having a cord to manage. Slight problem with figuring out how to remove the beater after use, I was expecting an eject button, which there is not. You have to pull the beaters out, just as you have to push them into place- which is no problem once you figure it out! Overall very useful kitchen gadget, I may buy a few as gifts. Read more

Don't let the light weight box make you nervous - I love this mixer for being cordless, USB chargeable, lightweight, and intuitive to use! The attachments pop in place easily and pull back out with a small tug. While I bought mine for a minimalist cottage with limited storage, it would also be great for a camper, smaller apartment, any kitchen, especially if you don't have room for a lot of large bulky appliances. I rarely give products 5 stars but this one just works well. It whips up an egg and adds volume so that a single egg can make a nice omelet. The fact that it is cordless is convenient and rechargeable is nice not to be adding lots of batteries. Read more
