I needed a milk shake mixer for a themed party at work. Delivery time was going to be tight with my Amazon purchase so I purchased a different brand at a brick and mortar store. Its price was slightly higher by a few dollars but was immediately available. Purchased it as a back up. The Amazon delivery came through. Now having the two mixers side by side gave me comparing power. The one from the store, sturdy and built well. Amazon’s? The base was cheat and wobbly. I went with the store bought version. Neither mixer diner quality nor as expensive but the store bought mixer met my needs. I returned the Amazon mixer. Read more

Not worth the effort. Blades were not stainless steel as described in ad but are probably plastic. No directions for detaching blade shaft to properly wash blades. The video directions for making a milkshake are misleading in that you really need to put more than 2 scopes of ice cream in the mixing cup if you want a rich, thick milkshake. My wife and I were greatly disappointed with this product. Returned it to Amazon. Read more
