This is a really good scooter and fast , easy-to-use..it does what it says from the description and the seat is very comfortable. Great scooter and great service! Downside for heavy people of 280 lb, in hilly region, it goes 3 miles pulling a cart. Way better than expected when you add a 500 watt battery backup to recharge from. Only complaint is that the box is missing a cap to put over the cushion seat top... Awesome scooter. Lots of fun. So much so, I bought a second one. I got it up to 43Mph. So quiet, no one can tell that I’m riding up in them. Battery lasts quite a while. Of course it depends on how fast you're going but if you’re just toodling around enjoying an evening ride, it has a long battery life. I wish the seat were more comfortable but honestly, I’ve never ridden a bike or anything of the such that had a comfortable seat. It’s not bad tho, I’m just older with a less padded seat myself. The media could not be loaded. I bought this scooter to ride around campus. When I first got it the metal ring does not squeez the plastic piece that is supose to hold the seat. It's hard to tell in the picture but it doesn't hold up. Then the kickstand does not come out far enough like it's suppose to so I have to move it forward a little so the scooter can lean. But because of it not being flat on the ground it still can fall over. Those I could deal with so I didn't return it within the 30 days but now the stupid charger broke after using it like 3 times. It shows green like it's fully charge when it's not. So I tried contacting askgo ebike the manufacturer and they won't answer me back. And the only way to contact them is by email. I tried contacting Amazon and because it's been past 30 days they won't do anything. They send me a link to this page and when I hit contact the seller which is Azhar it takes me to the stupid chat bot that then tells me to contact amazon. So there's like no way to contact the seller or manufacturer. So, do not buy from this company they are a scam and can't be trusted. I only had this scooter for 3 months and I had nothing but problems. And you can not get ahold of them. Askgo did reply to me once and that was them telling me I had to buy a new charger for $30. I should not have to buy a new one. Especially when this post tells me I get 1 year warrenty.
