No power behind its speed.
While the folding capability was nice that didn’t make up for the inability to go up hills. On flat ground yes you could reach 20 miles an hour but you immediately get bogged down as soon as you hit a hill. The fact that there’s only one break for both wheels makes breaking violent and dangerous. Read more

False advertising
I just got one for Christmas and its a huge disappointment!! Im a bigger guy not exceeding the weight limit. I rode this scooter under 2 miles and the battery is almost dead and that was park trails with minimal incline.. When I did hit smaller incline the scooter would barely operate... Max speed for this scooter is 10mph not 19 as stated even with a 100lb kid riding... 10/10 would not reccomend. Read more

This electric scooter has been an excellent purchase. The 500W motor provides strong acceleration and easily reaches speeds up to 19 MPH, making city commuting smooth and efficient. Assembly was very easy and only took a few minutes right out of the box. I really like the added safety features such as the turn indicator lights and built-in horn, which are great for riding in traffic or low-light conditions. The dual braking system feels solid and responsive. Battery life is impressive—I’m getting close to the advertised range, and the companion app is a big plus. Through the app, I can monitor battery level, battery health, speed, and other ride stats, which is very convenient. The scooter folds quickly and is easy to carry and fit into a car trunk, making it perfect for travel or storage. Another nice bonus was that a bike lock and bike mount were included in the box, which added extra value.
