I bought this as a gift for a friend. I gave it to them last weekend. Upon the very first use right after they charged it, they said they felt it separating. When they went to remove it, it broke off inside of them! Luckily(?) the electric cords were still attached so we could gently and carefully pull it out and it didn't get lost up there forever. I don't know how to contact the seller. Brand new out of the box and right after charging, this fell apart upon the first use. If you're expecting to feel deep stimulation or an intense prostate massage this is not the toy for that. If you want something to shock the hell out of your hole this is also not for you. This toy is fairly small and doesn't go very deep, see the measurements for reference. It's shorter than my index finger. While the vibrations are concentrated towards the tip of the toy the electrical stimulation comes from the black band in the base and gives a lovely gentle rimming sensation. It's definitely unique. it should have been obvious before i ordered it, but the base is way too small. that's the only thing keeping it from disappearing inside you for ever. that alone should denture you from ordering. not enough? i can go on. the vibration is almost non existent and no shock. its just bad. Read more
