Nice standing desk, the quality seems good. The size is quite a bit smaller than my previous desk so that’s taking some getting used to, I do wish it had a drawer but the hangers on the side are nice for my headphones. This is my 3rd varidesk. One at work, one at home, and now one in the studio. Throughout the day i alternate between sitting and standing about every one-two hours. If my back hurts i will stand through most of the day but i also have a thick matt that i can put down so i'm standing on kindof a rubber cushion. The single-piece top desks look better in my opinion but they're also more expensive. The one i have at work is top of the line but if work didn't pay for it i could never afford it. This desk was super easy to set up. It's at smooth going up/down as expected. As far as cable management, you always just have to take the lowest and highest position into account when you're running your cables/wires. This desk holds alot of weight. In addition to computer monitor, i also have an audio mixer, rack-mount outboard audio gear (effects, preamp, etc), 8" active monitors (speakers), etc. As far as sturdiness and reliability, i honestly think that i won't be able to give it a proper review until months from now.
