I appreciate the inclusion of a travel case, the six-month battery life between charges, and the convenience of USB-C recharging. It also comes with four brush heads, which is perfect for one person to use over the course of a year. However, since the brush heads don’t have colored bands, it would be tricky for multiple users to distinguish their own brushes. I was initially concerned about finding replacement heads online, so I reached out to Marlincare via Amazon to ask whether the B10 heads were compatible. They replied within hours, clarifying that “B10 heads not fit your M10POR electric toothbrush, the M10pro replacement brush is out of stock, I will remind you when in stock, thank you for your support.” I appreciated their prompt response and the offer to notify me when replacements become available. The toothbrush offers five brushing modes, but I couldn’t read them directly due to the dark grey text on the black handle. Fortunately, I was able to check the product image online and confirm that the top mode is “Clean” and the bottom is “Polish,” so I’m good to go. This toothbrush is better than using a manual toothbrush. It has a built-in timer to remind you how long to brush. It isn’t as good as the major brand toothbrush that I’ve been using for the last 8.5 years. However, it didn’t cost $142 like that one did so you can't expect the same quality. Read more
