This little air fryer works great. I used it off a Jackery 1k out over landing and it was very efficient. Its a little small for bigger meals but works good for snacks or lunches like a couple egg rolls or some popcorn shrimp, even a dozen little smokey’s. It’s small size lends to it’s convenience. I really wish it was yellow though as it looks just like a minion and the kids would love that LOL.. Great little unit for compact use. Read more

Very nice small appliance. Works well. My only complaint is that the pull out drawer is generally difficult to open. Needing to struggle with it I sometimes burn a finger or thumb. I love that it takes much less space on the counter top and it is lightweight making it very easy to put in a cabinet. Read more

I purchased the Elite Gourmet EAF-1121X Personal 1.1 Qt Air Fryer last year. It worked well initially, but after only a few months of light use, it completely stopped powering on. I attempted to troubleshoot the unit several times, but it remains nonfunctional. Even before it failed, the air fryer was somewhat temperamental, and the door often stuck, which made everyday use frustrating. An air fryer should last far longer than this. Unfortunately, this one did not, and it’s no longer usable. I cannot recommend it based on durability. Read more

Elite Gourmet 1.1 Qt air fryer review. The model I paid for was eaf1121X, but on the bottom label of the unit I received it said only eaf1121. Duck.ai asserted that all descriptive specs are the same, and even the user manual is ambiguous. The basket volume is fully adequate for one individual. Variations on chicken, fish, pork, beef made up most of the fried fare. I found I could get acceptable results without adding any oil, margarine or cooking spray. For easier cleanup I inserted a 14-oz ramekin (B0FMDMNG61) in the Drawer Pan . Since the user manual seems to recommend separating such an insert from the bottom of the Drawer Pan, I have it sitting on some SAE jam nuts. One trait that struck me was the low noise level of the fryer. I had expected it to roar like a shop-vac, but it turned out that its little metal fan runs quietly. If I'm in a different room I can barely hear it running. The temperature setting is fairly accurate. An oven thermometer inside the Drawer Pan read 320 F while the top knob setting was at 325 F. Most cooking times fell between 20 and 30 minutes. Even for the longer times, the interior of the meat remained moist. I have only used the fryer a couple of weeks, but I think the Elite Gourmet will figure in much of my future cooking. Read more
