First, as a Vegan I am used to non-dairy "milks". Even though this product contains all clean ingredients it would have been 5-star without the sugar. The end result is overpowered with sugar sweetness and overwhelms the sweet, nutty pistachio flavor that struggles to get through. I won't buy again unless they offer sugar free. EDITED! I hated this in coffee (too sweet), but didn't want to waste it so I tried it as a dessert topping. It's fabulous on apple pie! I'll be experimenting with more vegan desserts. This might be a winner! It's delicious and incredibly unique. Great to use in other things like French toast batter, overnight oats, etc. But there are days when the sweetness makes me a bit sick to my stomach! So, like most things in life, use in moderation. A great, creative treat, every once in a while. Probably a bit overwhelming to use everyday. Also, I would suggest if you're using it for a custard base (puddings, French toast, ice cream, etc.), offset the sweetness with salt! Read more
