This was such an amazing purchase, I bought these myself and a group of friends because we were going to a music festival in a dry area and I know that I get dehydrated easily. These tasted great and did the job, you can pour it into a bottle of water or just pour them on your tongue (my personal favorite). They remind me of pop rocks, but they dissolve much smoother and have a pleasant sweet/sour taste.
