Performance-wise, they’ve worked flawlessly in my car fob and bathroom scale, both of which can be fussy with weaker off-brand batteries. I also appreciate that Energizer coins are rated to handle extreme temps—something I value since my car sits outside in both summer heat and winter cold. These claim up to a 12-year shelf life, which makes it easy to keep a few extras tucked away without worrying they’ll be dead when needed.
