About this item

  • OUR MOST POPULAR SELLER! Get immediate relief from the painful friction that causes rubbing, calluses, and blisters on your feet (ball of foot, side of foot, arch), heels, and hands and fingers. ENGO patches immediately reduce friction, protecting your skin.
  • WEAR THE SHOES YOU LOVE! If you dread putting on your favorite shoes because of painful heel blisters, this is the solution for you. Put an ENGO patch in the part of your shoe that’s rubbing your foot, and you’ll immediately feel the difference.
  • DESIGNED FOR YOU! Fits in all types of footwear including: in athletic shoes, sneakers, high heels, dress shoes, orthotic braces, skates, ski boots and other footwear.
  • COMFORTABLE AND LONG-LASTING! Unlike traditional blister bandages, ENGO patches apply directly to your shoe, not to your skin. They are ultra-thin, 0.015 inches thick, so shoe fit is unchanged. That means they last longer (up to 300 miles) and they won’t irritate your skin. ENGO patches are water-resistant.
  • EAST TO INSTALL! Self-adhesive patches apply to your shoes, not your skin. Trim them to fit any shoes size or shape.
  • Four package options available: Starter Oval 6 Pack (contains 4 large oval patches and 2 small oval patches), Large Oval Four Pack, Large Oval 30 Pack and Small Oval Four Pack.

Lasted 240 Grueling Miles

JethroJune 18, 2016

As a runner who routinely covers distances up to 13.1 miles, any extra friction on my feet can lead to nasty blisters in short order. Even buying the exact same brand, model, and size of running shoe does not guarantee a perfect, friction-free fit; even if the four pairs you bought before gave you no problems. This was the case with my latest pair of Brooks Beasts. Usually the Beasts fit me perfectly right out of the box, but this pair started talking to my left instep within the first 5 miles of my first training run (in mid-March of this year). Trying to power through with the typical runner attitude was not the best move, as after I had finished the 10 mile run, I had a full fledged blister. During the next week, as I let the blister heal, I ordered the Engo blister prevention patches after doing some online searching. I followed the instructions on the package, adhering one large oval patch over the offending area, which happened to be right where the shoe's insole met the side wall of the shoe -- and my arch would catch on the built-up hard rubber base of the shoe. I smoothed out the patch as I applied it to the shoe, and followed it up with 20-30 seconds of blow dryer heat; and then I wore the shoes to help with the adhesion. That was 240 miles ago, and just today I finally had to replace that original patch -- I could feel that burning feeling after today's 9 mile jaunt, and after further investigation, discovered it had finally worn through along the insole / side-wall junction. For my running shoes, 240 miles is well over half the life of the shoe. I would consider that to be some excellent performance, considering what these shoes have been through in that time. I can't say enough good things about these patches. The slick surface allows your foot to glide right down where it's supposed to go, instead of getting hung up on edges. During that time, the patch never came loose at all, and I still have two more large patches left after the one I installed today (as well as all of the small patches). Highly recommended. Read more

They Work.

Don PorterDecember 6, 2019

I am a long distance walker, hiker, and backpacker. I have been using these patches for several years. They prevent blisters on the balls and heels of my feet. They also work for placement anywhere needed. I have been experimenting for over 30 years to build a combination of boots, socks, insoles, and blister prevention that works. I have found a few that work but none better than: Merrell Moab 2 GTX Mid boots, Wright socks, Sofsole Perform Athlete insoles, and ENGO patches. I give most of the credit to the Wright socks and ENGO patches. I suspect that combination would work with many different boot and insole combos. I have never had any trouble with the adhesive and I do a lot of my walking in the heat of Texas and Arizona. I'm on road and trail approximately 150-175 miles a month doing between 5 and 20 miles each hike (I even did a 40 miler last spring. My feet were sore and tired but without blisters or even hot spots.) I get 4 or 5 months out each set of these patches. I think the double layer Wright socks are taking up a lot of the sliding and making the patches last longer. That's a good thing because they are a bit pricey. I would like to say I will stop buying them because they cost too much but I won't. That's because I'm an old retired guy now and I need all the help I can get to stay out in the woods. Happy Trails. Wow they work.

ColinJanuary 13, 2025

Changed my review to 4/5 stars because the value is not there… I’m assuming there’s just no competition for a product like this and they just own the market and I just paid $50 for some relatively high quality stickers… I’m a marathon runner and these have corrected an incredibly common problem area I have in many shoes (watch the YouTube video titled “edge blisters” I believe it is put out by this company that makes these) on the medial arch where the insole and the shoe separate. The only problem I have is that these are so expensive. They are a quality product that work great, but since I have to do the double insole protect method (4 stickers per pair of shoe), it’s like adding $16 to every running shoe. I just ordered the 30 pack so I hope I don’t have to think about buying more anytime soon. Read more

No more squash blisters!

Jim AdamsJanuary 31, 2021

I play squash 2-4 times per week and was finding that I was getting large blisters on the bottom of my feet. Mainly under the ball of my foot. I had never experienced this before, I tried different socks and shoe inserts, but nothing worked. I ended up searching the internet for solutions and was directed to this product. Honestly I was a bit skeptical, but the blisters were so painful that I had to give it a try. I put a single disc inside each shoe directly below where the blisters would form and went back to playing. I have been playing with these pads installed for over a month and have not seen ANY blisters since installing these discs. I am a true believer and keep a pack in my gym bag just in case a new hot spot develops. Great product! Read more

No more blisters!

Katie A.February 3, 2016

I love these Engo patches and I am so glad I found them on Amazon since my local outdoors shop no longer carries them. These have been a lifesaver for my feet! I always had issues with blisters on the back of my heels, mostly with my ice climbing boots, backcountry ski boots and sometimes hiking boots. These patches completely fixed the issue with no blisters since using them (it's been many years since I have been using this product). They basically decrease friction between your foot/sock and the patch, so your skin doesn't end up with a blister. I have also had great luck with them staying adhered to the boot and lasting years! I bought new ski boots so I needed to order more. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it. Read more
