This is a great electronic toilet. It was fairly easy to install. The hardest part for me was getting the old angle stop valve off for the new one that comes with the toilet. This toilet works great. The bidet function is wonderful. I feel so clean and when I pass gas now it sounds like a slide whistle instead of a raspberry. Read more
Excellent smart toilet with powerful performance. The Eplo E18 has an incredibly strong, efficient flush and a lot of smart features that actually add value. I love the foaming solution that prevents splashing, the half-flush option for water savings, and the constant warm water. The heated seat is a great comfort upgrade as well. After visiting Japan, my spouse, daughter and I all greed that we must have a smart toilet. This E18 was a great choice. Installation is simpler than a standard toilet. The auto flush and foaming work well. The foot flush sensor works well for those of us who don't always sit. The night light, warm seat and warm bidet are especially welcome by the females in the household. The daughter, a public health professional, believes the popularity of these will grow because of the improved sanitation aspects of the smart toilet. In my pre-purchase research, one reviewer warned that these smart toilets might multiply in one's home. I now understand what they were explaining. I think I will be installing more of these. I have now had this toilet for over a month and can't believe how much we love it. From the heated seat to auto flush this has a lot of features that are awesome to use on a daily basis. With some basic plumbing knowledge, it was super easy to install and have had no issues at all. I can't believe that we never installed one of these until now, buy one you will not be disappointed. I love EPLO so much that I bought my second one recently (within 6 months). Love the simplicity, comfort and the numerous features. The latest E18 has the backup flush option if in case of a power outage which I have experienced with my previous one. Love the foam option which keeps the toilet much more cleaner. So used to the water and seat temperature which are perfect during winter days. I see why EPLO went with foot-touch flush option but I am not a fan as I kept touching it numerous times when I didn’t mean to flush. At least by long pressing the Half Flush I could disable that option, so I like the option to customize. Overall I am very happy with EPLO. All my visitors have enjoyed using our toilet and complaint/complement I hear from them is that these toilets make them lazy 😀 Read more
As a part of house remodeling, I bought total 4 EPLO bidets. I haven't heard the company name before I search bidet players on Amazon, so I was not quite sure those will meet my expectation or not. Now, I'm very satisfied with overall outcomes, slim design, ease to use, flushing very well, good customer service, etc. Strongly recommend if you're looking for a good quality bidet with reasonable price. I had a little trouble with the water connection. I needed to use a short piece of PEX, which I had, and fitting from the store. Otherwise, the installation was straight forward. You have to sit and read the manual to learn all the features. Read more
