I'm giving the NAYCNYCON Jaw Exerciser a 3 star rating for the following reasons: - Provided instructions/literature is lacking. I've never used a jaw exerciser product before, so naturally, I have questions. The literature included with the product does not give any insight into what you are using other than a simple chart of which color silicone pieces to use and for how many days (over 30 days). What do you do AFTER the 30 days? start over or continue with the most recent color used? These are basic things that could be included. I think a FAQ section would also be beneficial. - The silicone pieces are advertised as non-slip, but they slip a lot. I get a little worried if I bite down on it weird. I will continue to be careful when using. The packaging it comes in is nice. Comes with small plastic cases for each silicone exerciser sets. They would be easy to travel with and wouldn't take up much space. I can't speak to any results as I'm in my second week of use as directed. Read more
