Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked these because they were the cheapest set and I figured if they didn't work well I wouldn't be too upset. They actually work really well. Not just well for the cost, haha, like as well as the nicer ones my son uses. I do three reps of 10 with the white, then gray, then black. So nine reps total. I put the holes touching my teeth- So hole sides up and down. I put them in the back on my molars/wisdom teeth. I chew down slowly, hold a few seconds, then release slowly. I'm trying to build muscle, not just lean out the area. My face looks like it's made of playdough and I'm trying to build some structure lol. These are really working. Fun to chew, it's like eating flavorless gum. Great for for breaking the, "Denzel Washington" habit (he chews gum in most movies...lol) They broke after awhile. But they were cool while it lasted. Read more

Dislikes: the holes on the sides, sort of uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Likes:Levels of strength is great for me. Even better price for set of 3 different levels.
