Used it for a night with a clean pillow cover.Did relieve some parts of neck pain but ended up woth lower neck pain & upper back pain.I will have to try the reversing the pillow side.No instructions on how to effectively use this pillow & it is also too firm.Does anyone know if there is a softer one available? Purchased it more for the lower price offered but may have to return it. Read more

I bought this pillow because of diagnosed moderate sleep apnea. I have only used it for a couple of nights so cannot speak about it's long term use. So far I have found it more comfortable to sleep on than I had expected. The downside is it is smaller than I had anticipated and the worst thing is the smell! It's pretty bad but the small print says the smell will go in time. I am using it on top of a regular pillow as it is too low otherwise. I am a side sleeper and so far it has been quite comfortable but turning over during the night can be a bit of a challenge as once your head is in the indentation there isn't much room for moving around. The good thing about it being small is it fits inside a regular pillowcase. I'm glad I bought it as I had been stacking two or three regular pillows and this will eliminate the need for that. As a side sleeper who also uses a CPAP and has a cat needing to snuggle in, I have struggled to find the perfect pillow but I think I’ve found it in this pillow. I like its memory foam, it cradles my head while keeping my neck and spine aligned. The first night was the most amazing night of sleep for me. I didn’t wake up during the night. I like that the pillow has a slip cover to easily unzip, remove and wash. This pillow was more help to me than those more than double the price. I believe this pillow is of good quality and value.
