Thin fabric - like a bandanna, except that it's doubled or tripled for a distance in the front. I guess it's supposed to be a One Size Fits All/Most, but my husband is 6'7", and there is no 'tail' for the back part. It Kind of fits, but very tightly. We're both hoping that it will stretch a bit when wet. Only time will tell. Over all, I'm not impressed. Read more
