Arm can not fold flat

If you are getting arm for a desk that is 24-36in deep, then this monitor arm will stick the monitor too far out. This is due to the middle elbow of the arm only allowing rotation of about 45deg left or right. Vs other monitor arms which allow about 70deg of rotation left or right. Because of this, the monitor arm will not fold flat up against the pole. The only way for this arm to be usable is to basically rotate the clamping arm backwards and have the arm come back around. Serious design flaw in my opinion. So if you are working with a deep desk, then this should work fine. Otherwise, I would recommend going for another brand of monitor arm. Read more
