The Mount is very stable. We are using it for I pads and it doesn’t bend with the weight. We loved it so much we bought a second one. It adjusts really nice. I now have three of these mounts. I like the price and the usefulness of the item. I can have a phone or tablet within eyesight at all times. This works great at my work computer and flight simulator. The joints are easily tightened using the included allen wrench. Read more
Solid product all around. Only draw back is the bracket which holds a device. It is not strong enough to hold an iPad in a vertical position. The device will slowly slip through the brackets clamps. Overall the quality of the product is awesome. Read more
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent product, very compact and lightweight, but rigid enough to hold an Asus USB-C extension monitor for my laptop. Snugging up the allen bolts with the supplied wrench keeps everything in place very well. Great design, great value. Read more
I was looking for a desk mount for my iPad Pro 11 inch. I looked through many mounts on Amazon and other sites before settling on this one. I am a bit disappointed. The mount appears well built. I liked the fact the mount could be tightened to my desk from the top. I did not want to have to move my desk away from the wall to install this. I clamped the mount to my desk and put my tablet in the holder. Seemed easy enough. The mount came with an hex wrench to adjust the joints. at this point I'm still hopeful. I then, articulate the mount. That's where sadness set in. The mount did not hold my iPad up. I tightened the Joints and tried to articulate the mount. The whole assembly came off the desk. The mount won't stay on the desk no matter how much i tighten it down, and it won't hold the iPad up at maximum extension. Bottom line. I'm going to work with it over the next few days and probably look for another mount. Read more
I got this for space saving purposes. I have a bed table and like to watch DVDs and read in bed with my feet up. Unfortunately, my DVD player is a little big and I had to take my Kindle off the table and put it someplace else to make room for my DVD player when I wanted to watch DVDs. This extension arm not only holds my Kindle at the correct angle for reading, watching YouTube, playing games, etc., it folds up to get my Kindle out of the way on those occasions when I want to watch DVDs. Works like a charm. The only caveat I have about it is that adjusting the tension on the joints is a bit tricky, but once you get it adjusted how you want it, it seems to stay that way. Read more
Flying the X-Plane on the iPad becomes a real Pilot experience! A simple stand adjustment allows the X-Phone to fit on any table. Unscrew the knob at bottom and remove the sliding side. Loosen the screw that holds the base 1/2 turn. Rotate the base 180 degrees and retighten the screw. Replace the sliding side and secure with the knob. Clamp the stand to the table. Mount the iPad on the stand. Take off and land, tilt and turn X-Plane. Fly just like a real Pilot! Read more
I really wanted to like this holder, but it's too weak to hold a tablet in any position I want. The whole thing starts to slowly fall down. Also, the mount point for the device doesn't rotate so you can't actually hit the positions shown in the sale images.
