Chair is relatively well made and has several adjustments. The footrest is a plus and works great for reclining and relaxing. However, the chair's height and armrest adjustment is just too high. The because of the height, the armrest bumps into the keyboard tray and my feet does not rest comfortably on the floor. Read more

The chair is very nice only issue I have is the headrest is too high for me even at it lowest setting I can’t get it to tilt so the curve is under my neck rather than against my head itself. The amount of swivel the headrest has is less than the compatible chair my partner bought so it won’t tilt down enough for me. I’m 5’2 for reference. Otherwise it’s a great chair back is just too tall for me and limited told on headrest doesn’t help. Read more

Not for everybody

I thought this chair would be the answer to my shoulder and back pain but after a few months with it, I wish I had returned it within the 30 day return window. But once you get it assembled, that's not really an option. For starters, the mesh seat is super uncomfortable and the mesh is like extremely firm and doesn't give. I get up with the imprint on my legs if I wear shorts. The slope at the end of the seat is so defined that it pushes against my legs as I sit and makes them sore after a while. The foot rest is cool and I like the recline function. But that is not really an option much during normal working hours. As a workaround, I have a seat cushion that has a bit of lift to it to raise my legs from touching the end of the seat area and shield me from the abrasive mesh. The seat edges also come up to create a sort of cradle and it is awkward and uncomfortable if your body isn't proportional to the seat dimensions. I don't think I connected the arm rests correctly so I won't speak to my issues there. The headrest is also a nice feature. I definitely wouldn't recommend this chair for shorter women as I think it caters to the male structure with a little height lol. Read more
