My 12 year old have a small desk. I mean, the space underneath is only 17 inches wide. And not very tall either. She was using a wood chair and was very uncomfortable. She hated it. So I found this chair. It will not fit underneath her desk but it's pretty close. I just didn't want a BIG office chair that will take up too much space. This chair is small enough. It would support a fully grown adult (plus extra weight). VERY easy to assemble and my kid LOVES spinning on it. It's so quiet too. The chair arrived today, and it is easy to asemble. It took me about 12 minutes all together. Simple design. Nice color. All you need is the allen wrench and the screws they give you. The instruction is very simple to follow. I wanted a chair without arms so that it can easily tuck underneath the desk. My old chair from Amazon Basics was great in the beginning, but now I needed to upgrade. After 3.5 years, it quit rising to its full height. When working from home, this it bad. I was typing on my laptop at the wrong angle. It's like playing piano with your elbows below the keys. It was giving me aches from my mid to high back and affecting my ability to properly sleep. This chair works great. The seat does force you to sit up straight. I put a small pillow between my back and the back fo the chair which is fine. This is way better than what I had before, and I can easily type without a problem. I simply my laptop screen to the angle needed for my viewing comfort. The seat is narrower than my Amazon Basics chair but also puffier. The chair rose to full height like it's supposed to. So I'm pleased with the purchase for the cost. If you tend to have a larger stomach, this chair is not for you. You'll want to invest in one that allows you to lean back a little more. If you want something economical, easy to put together and does the job, you'll probably like this chair. I do recommend it. Read more

This was such a good idea for me to purchase. I am a 64 year old sexy grandma and assemble this by myself. It was so easy I didn't have to read the instructions, which I don't think came with any. I read good and bad reviews about this chair. I took a chance. I have no regrets. It's sturdy for the price. I'm 5'3" and 160 lbs. and it's perfect for me. Chair was exactly what I was looking for but not really the color indicated. It liked to be a brighter almost neon blue which would have matched my daughters room. This is a more primary color blue. It's fine since it is not black but not the color I thought i was ordering either. It seems sturdy enough for the cost and was easily put together. The pros: the chair is easy to assemble, comfortable and rolls smoothly. The item shipped promptly and was well-packed. The cons: I expected a pale blue/teal color, but what was received was the dark blue pictured, which is not one of the color choices, so it wasn't an ordering mistake on my part. Still, the chair is functional and seems sturdy, so it's not worth the effort of returning (and when you're sitting in the chair, you won't notice its color, anyway). Read more
