I purchased this chair for my elderly neighbor whose office chair just broke as a surprise for her. This was very quick and easy to put together with very clear instructions. I think I spent 20 minutes or so. I've bought and put together a few of these things in the past, but the seating cushion on this one is exceptionally comfortable. It's a proper memory foam feel, and the material itself just feels more luxurious than it should be at this price. When I brought this over to my neighbor, she was so extatic and yelled, "Oh my, it's sooo beautiful!!" Once she sat in it, she was even more impressed. Another neighbor happened to swing by when I was there, and was also amazed as to how comfortable it was. I'm about 5'9" and 200 lbs. This chair was more than sturdy and spacious enough for me. Adjustments were easy to set to your desired sitting posture and comfort. I would say that if I bought this white version for myself, I'd probably buy some scotch guard spray. The chair arrived with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly, done via Allen wrench, which they supplied, since it has a padded handle to get the screws tight. Once the chair was assembled, it operated beautifully in giving me the back support and a great cushion we craved. The arms are adjusting too, and overall, I'm so far happy a week into actually using the chair. It's very comfortable and was well-priced. Very sturdy and comfortable chair. Great directions and diagrams, assembly was mostly easy. No missing parts.....so why only 4 stars? I ordered this around midnight, next morning I realized that I should have ordered black instead and tried to cancel this order but Amazon would not let me. I know the chair had not yet shipped. Amazon advised me to refuse the delivery or ship it back. The box was too large and heavy for a 72 year old lady to lift by herself so only 4 stars instead of 5. Read more
